About Me
University of Detroit Mercy graduate with over a decade of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA). I started off in staffing at Labor Ready Staffing which became the foundation of my TA career. In this role, I interviewed candidates for my clients, learned how to read and understand background checks; along with learning State / Federal employment laws. I’ve gone to have a successful TA career. I’ve been contracted to help companies fill some of their hard – to – fill positions. I’ve worked for several well – known companies such as Comcast (Xfinity), Penske Logistics and DTE Energy. During this time, I’ve viewed thousands of resumes and worked with hundreds of hiring managers in various industries.

I started this business to help those reach their goals and find their dream career. I truly have a passion for helping people succeed, whether it’s updating their resumes, giving them interview tips or creating their portfolio. As I mentioned above, I have viewed thousands of resumes throughout my career, and I know what it takes to get the job. I have accomplished a lot but have so much more to do!
