Terms & Conditions

When booking your consultation, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

(Resume Wright'ing & Consulting Service = The Company​

There is no legal or binding contract that the client is required to sign with The Company. Therefore, the client and/or The Company reserve the right to stop services at any time.

Free 15 mins consultations are to discuss services needed and the opportunity to ask questions!

 

Resume Services:

• A non-refundable $25 Deposit will be required to start all services.

  • Deposits are only deducted from resume packages.

• Deposit waived for returning customers. 

• No documents will be provided until balance is paid.

• A video meeting can be requested to review drafts.

• 7-day window for any updates. Please immediately review documents once receive. Clock starts once documents are emailed.

• Documents will be ready 1 week after deposit is paid.

• There will be an additional fee of $15 for any expedited requests.

• $15 fee for updates outside of 7-day window BUT within 30 days of completed projects.

• After 30 days of completed project, any request for updates will signify a new project (no deposit will be required).​

 

Interview Strategies:

• A minimum of 2 hours.

• There will be two 1 hr. sessions.

• Session #2 must be scheduled within 30 days of Session #1

• 50% of balance is due prior to first session and remaining balance is due prior to last session.

  • Sessions will be rescheduled if balances are not paid at least 1 hour prior to start of session. 

Session #1

• Discuss job and company (5 mins)

• Discuss experience / skills (10 mins)

• Discuss how to express these skills in an interview (20 mins)

• Provide frequently asked questions & how to answer (25 mins)

Session #2

• Provide questions to ask during / after interview (20 mins)

• How to close out the interview (10mins)

• Virtual vs. Onsite interviews (20 mins)

• Thank You note (10 mins)

​Refund Policy:​

• Deposit is non-refundable.

• The client CANNOT get a refund under any of the following circumstances: 

  • Approval of completed document(s)

  • Lack of response after 14 days

  • The client terminated the services with no valid reason.

Additional Information: 

• The Company is NOT responsible for Client’s misrepresentation of any information as The Company will not “fact find” any information provided by the Client.

• The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of all its clients. All information received from or provided by the client is strictly for the use of The Company and will not be shared with any third party.

• Any documents provided to Client with the exception of resume and cover letter is the property of The Company
